VoiceOps: Sales calls analytics using AI

In early 2017, I was looking for short contractual projects. At this time, I was introduced to the team at VoiceOps, who were building a sales call transcription, classification, analysis, and annotation system using AI to flag and track effective and ineffective utterances of sales(wo)men.

While they had hacked together a process and janky app at the time, they were looking for a fresh start redesigned with modern technologies. So in 3 weeks, I redesigned and built their app, and that continues to be the basis for the product today.
