Business intelligence dashboards for Mighty Mug

Mighty Mug is a cool mug that doesn't tumble and spill, even when attempted to be knocked over without effort. I connected with Jamie, the charismatic founder, in early 2017, while looking for contractual work.

Jamie's entire business hinged on social media marketing driving sales of these mugs. But tracking customers between different sales and marketing channels was becoming a nightmare for Jamie's team. He wanted to combine data from the CRM and the social media engagement channels and show it all in a business intelligence and data visualization dashboard. I built this integration across multiple social-media sources for Mighty Mug. I also realized that integrations which do the hard work for you are often not easy to build or maintain, and require huge cooperation from the business intelligence platforms.
